Office + IndustrialAs a worldwide leader in safety valve manufacturing, LESER had outgrown the building where their U.S. headquarters was housed in Charlotte, North Carolina. This led to the design and development of an innovative 55,000 square foot new construction facility to house both their plant and office operations. The site layout and interior floor plan were strategically organized to maximize connection between the two areas and facilitate connection among employees and visitors.
As a German-based company, it was important to balance the clean lines of European design with the warm approachable aesthetic the American team desired. Finishes and lighting were selected to help merge these two styles together. With sustainability at the forefront of the company’s initiatives and core values, every element was designed to specifically support achieving LEED Certification. This project is currently under construction and is slated to be completed in September 2025.
